As executive director at Bell Canada, Heather was a respected facilitator, leader of change and trusted executive advisor. Her last assignment included leading a business unit for the design and delivery of a national branded account management approach to the company’s top 150 Canadian clients, while coaching and facilitating a virtual team composed of executives from 10 different telcos. Before becoming an executive director, Heather progressed from the positions of manager, section manager, and director. She gained valuable experience in product and service development, client relationship management, executive team development, change leadership, and team facilitation and development.

Heather began her career in telecommunications as a market research assistant. In that role, she was responsible for supporting the local introduction of several national digital data services into the province of Saskatchewan. Heather gained valuable experience in marketing, research, sales support, forecasting and planning. She also helped coordinate with operations and engineering to implement the new services.
