With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have cultivated a diverse and dynamic career dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. I was previously the proud owner of a successful sports coaching and personal training business, where I had the privilege of guiding clients of all ages, from primary school students through curriculum and extra-curricular sports, to adults seeking personal transformation. Currently as a Lecturer in Sport, Fitness, and Personal Training, I share my passion and expertise with the next generation of sport and fitness professionals. My qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral Specialist, Sports Massage Therapist, and Sports Coach enable me to provide comprehensive experience and education to students in further education seeking a career in the sport and fitness industry.
