I am passionate about education and desire a position that allows me to utilise this but that also continues to challenge my own knowledge and experience, I see myself harnessing my skills in this area in order to support those around me in effective teaching and learning. Following my recent academic work focusing on the teaching of Islam and controversial issues, I would like to use my knowledge and understanding as an influence at a classroom level researching further into critical thinking pedagogy, considering the factors leading to violent extremism belief development.
