Oversaw two cross-functional teams that were responsible for testing and launching new ideas and initiatives that helped define the Brand’s aspirational path to $10B in addition to translating creative work across all store types and formats, ensuring specific and individualized communication for flawless and consistent execution in the fleet of 2,000 United States and Canada stores. Successfully evolved the brand’s color palette to include black with the success of “The Men’s Shop” and “Laundry Reimagined” collection launches. Managed an annual 30% workload increase through finding efficiencies in team structure without adding incremental headcount and staying accountable for hitting annual budgets of approximately $4M.

Oversaw and created the visual merchandising of thematic floorsets for a $4B brand, including developing floorplans in partnership with merchant priorities, custom on-site support for Chicago market, designing spec packages for brand right and on budget 3D props and presenting for approval to Chief Marketing Officer. Managed and developed a team of 4 direct reports, but delegated work stream and designated priorities for a 12 member team to achieve maximum efficiency.
