Supported planning and delivery of the first, now published, Drainage and Wastewater Management Plan (DWMP). My main role was to use data-driven insights to provide the Best Value Plan for long term investment across regions served by Anglian Water, balancing risk, cost and reward, whilst accounting for regulatory (e.g., the Environment Agency, Ofwat, DEFRA), customer, environmental and stakeholder needs. Core role responsibilities included liaising with stakeholders (e.g., local authorities, regional river trusts), data manipulation, analysis, report writing (technical and customer).

Delivered workshops for undergraduate psychology students. Supported students in their learning of several areas of psychology.

Working alongside the lead psychologist, job coaches, tutors and other staff in vocational rehabilitation for people with Acquired Brain Injury. My duties included providing general support and assisting in running cognitive and social rehabilitation sessions and supporting in initial assessments for new clients. Provided one-to-one support to clients in their personal development and rehabilitation, including C.V. Writing, IT projects, placement searches and applications. I also helped with research, report writing and assisting in general duties as and when required. Momentum has provided me with communication skills, understanding boundaries and the day-to-day challenges individuals with Acquire Brain Injury face, as well as how they can be supported.This role has expanded my skill set in vocational rehabilitation, working and communicating with individuals with a variety of needs and difficulties, especially in discussing sensitive topics with clients and recognising when extra support may be necessary. It has also allowed me to develop skills in professional psychology, such as working with people who are experiencing difficulties in speech, writing and motor skills, along with cognitive and emotional difficulties as a result of brain injury.
