I am a soon-to-be MSW graduate with a variety of experience with diverse populations, including Alaska Native/American Indian individuals and families. I worked in remote Alaska for three years as a case manager for a nonprofit Tribal Organization, and I worked as an MSW student intern in a Substance Use Department, individual counseling, and family/group therapy (clinical). I have worked in child welfare/social services over the last 9 months and will end my program with 11 months experience in that area. I aspire to work with children in some capacity, but I am open to other positions in the field.
