As an Early Intervention Specialist at Colorado Springs School District 11, I apply my project management skills and passion for education to support the academic success of ninth-grade students. I collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to identify and implement effective interventions for students who are at risk of dropping out or failing.Over my career in education, I have developed strong written communication and analytical skills. I was promoted to a team leader within my second year due to my ability to create engaging, challenging, and authentic learning experiences and mentoring other teachers to do the same. I enjoy finding and implementing creative solutions to best meet the needs of stakeholders and build bridges between ideas and reality.
