It Project Manager
CurrentA part of the project management team that transitions paper permitting processes to cloud software systems and applications for Harford County. Responsibilities include, project management, gathering requirements, creating online business processes, testing, creating training curriculums, training end users, communication, change management, and maintenance. + Makes sure the department’s software development projects meet department requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve process issues. + Develops working relationships with people using similar software in other jurisdictions, participates in user groups and software system training+ Creates department eLearning training curriculums, produces, edits and updates training material to increase productivity and empower end users.+ Manages the marketing for department’s software systems and applications launch, enhancements or upgrades.
