As a servant leader, customer service rep, project manager, marketer, certified pharmacy technician, food safety manager, and part-time balloon artist, my goal is to create the destination where you find health for your mind, body and spirit. Our motto: "You are Loved."After re-branding the retail community pharmacy and gift store in 2015, I aided in the launch of a medication synchronization and adherence packaging program that helps our patients stay independent, compliant, out of the hospital and in the comfort of their own home. The pharmacy proactively contacts our adherence patients to make sure their needs are met, and we now have over 500 patients enrolled in our program which grows daily. We continue to expand our enhanced services offerings and are always looking to simplify our patients’ lives. With the gift store, we have revamped to offer luxury personal care items to pamper, revitalize and rejuvenate your body as well as adding fun, personal gifts. After opening the restaurant in 2015, we have rethought the traditional dining experience and adopted a fast-casual concept to quickly serve customers amazing, from-scratch food and added the self-serve frozen yogurt where anyone can create a custom treat and “fill your cup with love.”Launching in April 2023, the 24/7 Health Club offers members a high-end, boutique workout experience. Serving as the project manager and general contractor of this added line of business, membership grew to over 500 members in the first six months of operation. We continue to add value through our app where each unique member's experience can be customized.

As running an independent agency, my goal is to give every client that personal touch and know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to insurance. With building this business from the ground up in July 2021, we have only just begun. I have successfully helped ~150 clients during the company's first Medicare Annual Enrollment Period in 2021 and saved my clients thousands of dollars in annual premiums, co-pays and deductibles by analyzing their specific needs. Over time, I acted to empower local networks with the knowledge needed to operate themselves and worked with executives on this transition plan before ending my time with CPESN.During my stint with CPESN, I went from part-time with five assigned networks to full-time with 14 assigned networks. I was entrusted to train all new hires before I left in 2020.

I ensured that the hospital met and exceeded their Meaningful Use (MU) program metrics and secured over $2 million dollars of funding through the program. I served as the product owner of the EHR system and managed the MU project within the hospital. My goal was to make go-live as smooth as possible with the Emergency Department doctors as they started to use the system and helped any current hospital users with issues that would arise by communicating with the EHR developers.
