My first employment was with as Secretary to the Traffic Superintendent of the then Bristol Omnibus Company in Cheltenham, followed by Royal Insurance Group (where I met my husband to be) and with Gloucestershire Police Headquarters (before leaving to have two children). Our relocation from the Cotswolds to the Midlands was Huge and my roots and heart remain there. Since arriving in Staffordshire I enjoyed 6 years working for a PR/Media Expert before joining Abbots Bromley School - as Head's P.A for 20+ years and latterly dealing with staff recruitment, recording minutes of management and staff-related meetings, and personnel administration on a part-time basis.
