Every advisor approaches wealth management differently, but telling that unique story is a challenge for many. As a founding member turned manager of Digital Branding program, I guided investment advisors through an intensive, 16-week rebranding program to define/articulate the value they bring to clients' lives, and curated an individualized brand to match it. Some keys to success were:• Facilitating meaningful conversations & brand workshops • Making data-driven recommendations, based on website analytics and evolving UX best practices• Building strong relationships to coordinate efforts and deadlines for our talented team of writers, designers, and developers• Adopting an entrepreneurial mindset to expand program capabilities (e.g. overcoming technology barriers, evolving brand and compliance policies, or simply refining our process)

Helping busy, number-loving investment advisors by writing branded marketing for their practice was highly rewarding. By establishing voice parameters, simplifying complex financial concepts, and writing personalized content for web, digital, and print, I helped relay how each advisor helps their clients achieve life goals through wealth planning.Some keys to success included:• First and foremost, a love of writing and story telling• Leading meaningful conversations in order to write compelling content that simplifies the complex (such as investment management methods) and relays key benefits• Upkeeping a strong knowledge of industry regulations, brand parameters, and firm offerings• Managing time to meet rigid deadlines and collaborate effectively with designers and web developers• Driving new program expansions derived from advisor conversations and feedback

The Toronto Zoo is a living centre for education and science, and I contributed as an educator and facilitator of positive experiences (part time as I completed my post-graduate certificate). I delivered tour commentary to hundreds of guests per day, and gained public speaking, story-telling, and client service skills I'm grateful to have to this day.
