-Conducts presentations on the ETP program for community and business partners-Provides detailed program information to potential applicants and represents ETP on various teams or panels with community organizations, potential applicants, or employers-Provides technical assistance to current program participants-Stays abreast of programmatic changes, statewide initiatives and policy changes at the statewide and local levels to ensure program success for prospective applicants

• Develop and negotiate the terms of training proposals with potential contractors in the development of projects likely to merit ETP funding. • Provide technical assistance to customers in utilizing ETP systems, identifying training needs; and inform employers and training providers of ETP eligibility, curriculum, and budgetary requirements according to ETP legislation, regulations and policies. • Review, analyze and evaluate the activities associated with the more complex on-going training contracts to ensure contractors comply with terms and conditions of the agreements, and to ensure training activities and training documentation are in compliance with the Panel’s legislation, regulations, policies and directives. • Prepare written monitoring reports, and when requested, prepare written analysis of agreement performance, problems, results, and recommendations. Market and maintain positive business contacts in person, by telephone, and by written correspondence to properly inform potential contractors, including employers, training providers and others of the program criteria and procedures.

Responsible for the operations of the Out and About Senior Transportation Program serving seniors in Ocean Beach, Point Loma and the Sports Arena Areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:•Responsible for overall administration and oversight of agency•Liaison to community and partner agencies, including county agencies, nonprofit agencies and local churches•Responsible for programmatic oversight, management, evaluation and meeting performance measures•Supervision of staff and volunteers•Responsible for grant writing & reporting

Responsible for contract management and performance management for the Bridge to Employment Program funded through the Federal Health and Human Services Department. Responsibilities for the program include:•Identify and develop partnership opportunities and participate on regional community groups•Coordinate and oversee quality of contracted activities and services•Provide customer service support to clients and partners•Prepare and implement contract specific technical assistance•Research best practices in program implementation
