Project Specialist
CurrentMs. Moldofsky actively serves as a Project Manager for four projects and supports internal resource management and business development at American Institutes for Research (AIR). She performs comprehensive project management, including team coordination, administration of contracts and consultants, proposal and report writing, facilitation of data collection and qualitative analysis, and budget and resource management. She currently serves as a Project Manager on AIR’s Labor Rights Portfolio in Mexico and Honduras and on the USAID Graduating to Resilience Activity in Uganda. Ms. Moldofsky's contributions to the success of these projects include managing multi-million dollar budgets, developing project work plans, and coordinating the teams' development of deliverables to ensure the project goals are met. Fluent in Spanish, she manages the engagement of two technical teams based in Mexico and provides managerial assistance to the technical team based in Honduras. In her role, she engages in client relations management by writing reports and presenting progress advancements to the client and stakeholders. Ms. Moldofsky supported the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team with the Needs Assessments for a project in Mexico by providing qualitative analysis and coding of Key Informant Interviews and Focus Group Discussion transcripts.
