Leadership of Business Engagement, Technology Operations, Information Security, Client Services and PMOAccomplishments:- Leadership and implementation of the Business Engagement role in the organization, which included significant change management, leading the IS and Business teams through changes in how they engaged.- Established Portfolio Management, Project Management, Financial Management, Vendor Management and Business Relationship Management functions for the IT organization.- Defined and implemented project and portfolio management foundations, including intake, prioritization, demand and capacity, project governance, and SDLC processes for the organization.- Implemented Project Management organization and disciplines, moving that functionality in-house, developed processes and KPIs, and improved on project delivery.- Developed IT Strategy along with a Maturity Model which was utilized to drive various parts of the IS Strategy to implementation. The maturity model was leveraged to ensure that fundamental elements were defined and in place before more strategic efforts were focused on- Transitioned IT organization into Product aligned teams, along with the establishment of the Tech Ops team, which enabled the teams to focus on new product capabilities along with driving down support.

Business Engagement:- Product Manager ensuring alignment of business and technology strategies along with effective planning and execution across the organization. - Led program management and technical teams responsible for multi-year systems integrations efforts in multiple International markets.- Ensure alignment of program deliverables to business objectives and maintain accountability for program budgets along with risk mitigation. - Coordination of multiple project and program managers, along with the development of relationships with both the Home Office and in-market business sponsors.Portfolio Management Office (PMO) / Office of the CIO / Application Development Office- Leadership of Portfolio Management office which included oversight of business case submissions, investment approval and funding processes, steering committee preparation, portfolio health metrics and portfolio inter-dependencies.- Implementation of strategic initiatives which impacted portfolio or financial management across Walmart Technology, including focus on running IT as a business.- Change Management, demand and resource analysis, strategic planning-Identification and implementation of standardized processes within Walmart Technology.- Additional responsibilities included various leadership roles in multiple cross divisional work streams, change management, vendor management and process improvement.Sr IT Manager:Resource Manager for application development team which required oversight of daily activities to ensure assignments were on track, assignment of resources to current work, determination of future resource needs, and development risk mitigation.

Senior IT Manager: - Responsible for leading multiple teams of company and offshore computer programmers, focused on new application development and application support for Financial, Pricing and Operational systems. - Program manager for new application development and implementation of 3rd party software packages. These roles required partnership with executive business leadership to develop and maintain 3-5 year roadmaps used to align business and IT strategies. - Additional responsibilities included direct accountability for multiple cost centers, daily monitoring and resolution of system issues, vendor managementProject Manager: Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of IT projects, including new technology implementation and upgrades. This required the ability to perform resource planning, timeline development, budget and cost control, risk management, scope management, communication and change management planning.Business Analyst: - Identification and resolution of system and process inefficiencies which resulted in submission, prioritization and monitoring of system change requests and calculation of return on investment.- Documentation of requirements for all system change requests along with review and sign-off of scope, conceptual design, and detail design.- Developed user acceptance test scripts and conducted user acceptance testing; created all training materials and documentation related to system changes and conducted necessary training sessions.
