I drive positive change in organizations by acting as their partner, using audits to identify what needs to be fixed and enabling the organization to improve from the inside. I am passionate about sustainability and realizing improvements that also make the world a better place. With a background in environmental engineering, I started my career as a more traditional environmental consultant - remediating contaminated lands, evaluating and apply for air permits for manufacturing operations, and other consulting-type work. Then I transitioned to an auditing firm and, for the past 11 years, I audited environmental management systems and verified greenhouse gas emission inventories and other sustainability data. My 16+ years of practice experience in the environmental field have taken me to landfills, power plants, cruise ships, upstream and downstream oil and gas operations, chemical plants, hotels, agricultural operations, and various manufacturing facilities.
