Education transforms lives, and everyone should have access to higher education. I teach healthcare and business administration to help open the door to the future for all of my students. The workforce of the future is in school today - and they deserve instructors who focus on skills that go beyond the classroom, including leadership, critical thinking, and most importantly, the ability to keep finding the information and solutions they need to solve real-world problems. Professionally, I am just as focused on my own personal growth. My career is characterized by a consistent upward progression because I believe in pushing myself to grow. I am in constant motion to learn more and develop my own skill sets in team management, faculty management and development, and professional development. On the job, I don't focus on problems - I focus on creating solutions, from eliminating obstacles to student success to better preparing and supporting faculty to meet performance requirements.
