Responsible for assembling the “Presidential” seating locations for celebrities and Industry heads under the direct guidance of the President/CEO.Coordinated the Salute to Industry Icon/ Clive Davis Pre-GRAMMY Gala exclusive event invitation list, RSVPs, ticket distribution, and on site logistics and check in’s.Managed and coordinated the bi-yearly Trustee Meetings from location scouting, creation and editing of meeting report binders, design and distribution of the Board of Trustees and Elected Leader's Special Merit Awards.
