 Responsible for the staffing needs of designated branch offices in multiple states including, but not limited to prescreening candidates, posting job advertisements, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks and making offers of employment. Provided human resources support and counseling on routine employee relation matters with the guidance of department management. Outlined the corporate benefit programs to new hires and worked closely with our Payroll and Benefits departments. Participated in the development and administration of performance reviews to ensure compliance with salary administration guidelines. Maintained job descriptions for designated branch offices. Conducted numerous exit interviews during a large reduction in force.

 Consistently ranked amongst company’s top recruiters for placement of contract, contract-to- hire and direct hire candidates. Recruited, screened and interviewed local candidates at the exempt and non-exempt level for positions including administrative/office support, accounting, management, and human resources in various industries. Sourced qualified candidates through Internet research with use of job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, and HotJobs), cold calling, and referrals.
