Twenty-three years of outstanding leadership experience, staff development and organizational success. My goal was to insure that the schools I lead were touching the lives of children having a positive impact on their overall development. Understanding the responsibility and joy of being their first educational experience, my fundamental objective was to create life-long learners. Director at four early learning centers during career with Knowledge Universe/KinderCare Learning Centers, I was accountable for multifaceted business operations. This included areas of finance, payroll, budget, A/P, A/R, state and local licenses, local marketing, community outreach, growing each organization in terms of clientele, profit & retention, customer service, hiring, training & development (management teams as well as teachers), staff engagement and quality of educational programs.
