I am a behavior analyst working as a Senior Clinical Manager in hybrid-model school, and clinic settings. Previously, I worked in a clinic setting with very early learners concentrating on skill acquisition, and a private, out-of-district, special education school where my primary focus was working on reducing maladaptive behavior.I am interested in theory of the mind, practical behavior assessments, and decreasing maladaptive behavior without using extinction whenever possible.
