Managed and developed the NBA’s recruiting programs for both undergraduate and MBA students. Attended resume review sessions with the school teams, organized interview schedules and interviewed candidates on campus. Planned social events for 100 Summer Analysts and monitored behavior to be in accordance with Firm’s Code of Conduct.Supervised Summer Analyst Performance Evaluation Process. Provided advice to Summer Analysts on their evaluator lists and ensured evaluators completed forms. Organized and participated in the roundtable discussion led by the Head of the Investment Banking Analyst Program to determine which Summer Analysts would receive full time offers.Major contributor to the implementation of the Sophomore Rotational Program which is now a formal, ongoing subset of the Summer Analyst Program.
