Recruited to design robust employee relations investigations system to achieve company-wide consistency in handling cases, to lower company-wide risk exposure, and to ensure no retaliation as a result of complaints filed. This resulted in consistency in resolution and improved data collection since program inception and implementation. I managed three Employee Relations Consultants, each overseeing employee relations within their respective regions.

Rite Aid is a Fortune 500 retail pharmaceutical company headquartered in Camp Hill, PA. As a Senior Manager, Associate Advocacy, I was responsible for all HR and AP related investigations within a 26,000 person division, as well as approval of all employment actions related to those investigations. Additionally, I would ensure that investigations were handled in a consistent, fair and timely manner to ensure the best possible outcome for all involved parties. I was also tasked with developing and presenting training on conducting investigations, as well as other identifiable needs within the business based on data and trend analysis.

Post Acute Medical LLC, based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, is a specialty healthcare company focused on providing high quality post-acute care in the most efficient and cost-effective setting. I oversaw the HR functions for the Warm Springs hospital systems as well as the Northshore Specialty Hospital, all of which are located in Texas and Louisiana.

Advantica was acquired by GL in 2007 and I was promoted shortly thereafter. I was responsible for the overall function and mission of Human Resources within the GLIS Americas region. This region consisted of entities within Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Peru and the United States.

Beginning my career at Advantica as an HR Representative, I was promoted to HR Manager in April 2005. I was repsonsible for all human resource activities, from recruitment to affirmative action planning for nearly four years. In September, 2007, Advantica was bought by GL.

I acted as an Employee Benefit Consultant to the member groups of the Pennsylvania Builders Association and the Pennsylvanica Chamber.
