I am also a 24/7 wife helping her awesome PT husband navigate the entrepreneurial journey running his own Physical Therapy Practice in Royersford, PA. History:I worked for Chad Madden at Madden PT - helping him stay organized and on schedule in many aspects of his life... learning a GREAT deal from him along the way (while sharing some office space, knowledge, and stories).I worked directly for RR Donnelley (RRD) Philadelphia's Plant President - following RRD's acquisition of Consolidated Graphics (CGX) and subsequent closure of the Tursack, Inc. operating facility.Prior to the transition, I completed CGX's Leadership Development Program. This rotational program began on the production floor of the print shop - learning operations from the ground up. Six months in, I was placed on-site as a Customer Service Rep at one of our largest clients' corporate headquarters - responsible for rebuilding processes and the business relationship. Following that position, I was made Digital Print Manager - managing the daily production operations, as well as the project of overseeing the relocation of the digital equipment to a different building. Next, when the former VP of Operations resigned, I was made the Director of Workflow Operations, an Executive Level Management position - managing the following areas (comprised of approx 20-25 full-time employees total): Customer Service, Estimating, Technology Solutions, Purchasing, and our entire second Fulfillment building and its operations. Finally, after a change in leadership, I was named Process Control Manager where I worked alongside the new President of Tursack to help analyze business operations and establish new processes and procedures.Graduate of Elizabethtown College, May 2011 - B.S. in Business Administration/ Marketing, and a minor in Economics.
