• Assist in shipment movement as well as timely and accurate updates to meet Service Member’s expectations within government regulations.• Triage loading or hauling emergencies as notified via the Operations phone line or shared mailbox.• Seek and identify opportunities for process and systems improvement.

Support five attorneys governing contracts and employment law in the Jacksonville Law Department. Act as information source for policies and procedures and liaison for other Business Units and Departments.Accomplishments:Pursued and facilitated migration, transference, and distribution of technology, equipment, and files within the department post-acquisition.

Right-hand to an associate attorney and a co-managing partner who was also a member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Boardmember of HandsOn Jacksonville, and involved in other community organizations.

Independently responsible for managing the collection process for 700+ case files representing accounts located throughout the State of Florida from the filing of the lawsuit through post-judgment collection.Accomplishments:Coordinated, presented and directed training session for all staff in process improvement andimplemented training notebook for employee training and reference

Supported three attorneys and a paralegal in the Predatory Lending Unit after completion of three month contract with temporary staffing firm.Accomplishments:Played key role in assisting the Unit in not only meeting but exceeding its duties and vastly improving organization of filing and administrative obligations.Interviewed and hired/fired as well as trained and supervised secretaries to provide additional support to self and Unit.Analyzed and showcased the Unit's community impact as part of a grant report which resulted in the renewal of the Predatory Lending Unit Grant and prevented the cutting of funding.
