Waves of Change Counseling Center is my own practice where I offer individual, couple, and family therapy for clients of diverse backgrounds and needs. I have a license as a professional counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and a master's degree in school counseling from Saint Peter's University.With over nine years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have helped hundreds of clients cope with anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and life stressors. I have also worked as the adolescent program coordinator at High Focus Centers and as a psychotherapist at Olive Branch Therapy Group, where I gained valuable skills in managing teams, facilitating groups, and collaborating with other professionals. I use a variety of evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, to tailor my approach to each client's unique goals and preferences. I am passionate about empowering my clients to overcome their challenges and achieve positive change in their lives.
