Provide strategic leadership for undergraduate and graduate international admissions/application processing as well as international student services. Manages the international student process, including outreach, application, and student communication workflows; maintenance of international student records and international student database, new student orientation, international student programming and all international student services. Oversees all new technology as it relates to enrollment or admissionsCounsels parents and students as needed to communicate the University admissions requirements and policiesDevelops and provides statistical data on applications to assist with enrollment management; sits on various university committeesOversees the hiring and preparing evaluations of employees Makes presentation to different sized audiences in a professional and articulate manner

Oversees the Admissions officers in recruitment duties; coordinates the transfer student recruitment program; oversees the setup, testing, and training involved in the transfer articulation system; communicates with University personnel; coordinates the Accelerated College Enrollment Programs including preparing mailouts and scheduling personnel for orientation programs; coordinates on-campus events for transfer students; develops and executes on-campus events for community college personnel including Transfer Counselor Conferences; travels to high schools and community colleges for presentations; corresponds with prospective students; conducts telephone campaigns; reviews applications for admission; mails out regular notices to students; prepares systematic travel schedule based on marketing surveys and statistics; coordinates volunteer recruitment programs; counsels with prospective students and families; gives campus tours; assists campus visitors; develops and maintains a professional relationship with high school and community college counselors; serves on various University committees; develops and maintains academic advising guides for community colleges; develops brochures and recruitment materials using a PC; evaluates transcripts, AP, CLEP, and Military Service Credit using the TCE system; conducts selected orientation activities; makes presentations to different sized audiences; communicates University admissions requirements and policies by phone, letter, or in person; travels to various college campuses and attends meetings
