Managing the core infrastructure that keeps Rainier Avenue Church running smoothly.

Friendly and welcoming office reception; manage building use calendar and weekly congregational emails, maintain accurate records for bi-monthly mailings, order office supplies, streamline office procedures.

Research grant funding, craft proposals, and build partnerships with foundations aligned with Urban Impact's mission and goals. Upon funding, track program results and report back to foundations, also updating program staff on research-based best practices endorsed by foundations.

Coordinate after-school tutoring program for 30 elementary students 2 days/week and homework help program for 25 students 1 evening/week, recruit volunteer tutors; help plan, manage, and teach 6-week summer day camp for 50 elementary students

Answered phone inquiries; assisted with mailings, data entry, event preparation, calling advocates and donors

Maintained Access database of environmental models for fire management software, added thousands of models as released; wrote test plans to move 5 tools through BLM security test procedures; wrote User’s Guide to explain detailed forest management tool tonontechnical users; edited user’s guides
