As the Director of Business Development for PTP, I work to define and develop the long-term strategic goals that are in line with PTP’s overall strategic context, and to pinpoint new revenue-generation opportunities that enhance and promote our Mission and Vision Statements:* I analyze the progress of revenue-generation goals and make recommendations for adjustments/interventions as required. * I research and recommend opportunities to bid for and acquire new projects, and grant and funding opportunities.* I have a focus on the growth of our resource department and identify opportunities for both marketing and selling PTP’s products and consulting services, including new fee-for-service projects and initiatives.* Manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients, and working closely with partners, consultants and staff as needed on the delivery of fee-for-service initiatives.* I am the product expert for PTP's CAMERA system and lead trainer and facilitator for CAMERA assessor certification.

I held the responsibility for the day-to day running of the Academic Upgrading program. This included managing personnel matters, managing participant enrollment and participation, and managing program resources. There was a role in strategic planning, program developing and policy development.

As the Director of Education, I maintained the quality of programs and instruction in 30+ locations. I researched and implemented new assessment and instructional tools. There was a focus on mentoring regional managers and instructors. I was involved in the management of staff issues and concerns, and managed client enquiries and complaints. Marketed programs and generated new business ideas. I was a Certified TOWES and CAMERA assessor.
