I have tutored students in Kindergarten - college level and beyond. As a K-8 grade certified teacher, I am well versed in all subject areas. My tutoring experiences include the following subjects: math (up to Algebra 2), science (chemistry, physics, biology, anatomy & physiology, health and natural sciences) writing, English Language Learning (ELL) and technology.

Providing individualized instruction allows students to learn and reach their full potential faster and in a more meaningful way. I tailor lessons to student’s interests and needs.

I taught 6-8 grade math and science to a diverse population of students, several of whom were refugees from various countries in the Middle East.

I assisted oncology nurses and doctors to care for patients who were battling cancer and those receiving hospice care. I was in charge of taking vitals, blood glucose readings, bladder scans, daily patient care - including care for ostomy patients and removal of various medical equipment such as IVs and catheters.

I designed and taught math and science lessons for 8th grade students. I also coached volleyball.

Every year brought on new experiences at this amazing small school! During my first year, I taught 5th grade all subjects. Following that, I taught K-5 grade physical education and 6-8 grade math and science. I also coached varsity volleyball.
