Hi! I’m Heather. I have a great eye for detail. I’m responsible for high level performance analysis and reporting for large sales teams & marketing and recruiting analysis and sales forecasting, and some of my responsibilities include marketing operation support, and support with compliance training, implementation and branch audits. I’m a capable multitasker but also excel at remaining focused on special projects. I'm proficient in MS systems and I assist in training and mentoring administrators across my region. I support the Regional Director administratively and have occasionally supported our Territory with special projects. My responsibilities also include budget management & establishing regional incentive programs. I have very strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. I also enjoy mentoring and training others. One of the things I really love doing is advocating for my administrative team and our sales agents, and helping our newest teammates transition into their role as insurance professionals.
