• Welcome customers to an open environment and establish professional relationships while completing transactions accurately by building on conversation, answering questions, and leading them to others who can further assist them and their needs. • Follow the always changing operational, security, risk and regulatory policies by also coaching fellow coworkers on justification to customers and making sure polices are followed appropriately. • Utilize monthly huddle meetings by updating employees on customer service survey scores and how to increase scores while providing updates on new procedures and regulations.

• Create a sourcing spreadsheet on careers and jobs available through adult career centers, colleges, or high schools by reaching out to schools and using online resources. • Develop a proposal on new recruitment materials for internal and external job fairs, along with proposing some new job fair ideas like games, and other ways to make the onboarding experience more stimulating to new and seasoned applicants. • Assist in orientation tasks and presentations by informing new hires about paperwork that needs completed and answering questions they might have about Aultman Health Foundation.
