Primary role has been field lead with five years managing field and core collection and processing programs. Responsibilities have included providing technical expertise to management and clients, scheduling, sediment core collection, and characterization of sediment. Ms. Phelan has developed standard operating procedures, remedial action work plans and summaries. She has been an effective communicator coordinating with and building a positive rapport with third party and agency oversight, as well as, subcontractors.
