A recent Gartner poll has identified several key trends that will impact the future of work in a post COVID-19 world. We are seeing these trends validated in our weekly conversations with business leaders and owners.1. Increase in remote working – 48% of employees will work remotely vs 30% before the pandemic.2. Focus on critical skills vs roles – the skills and workflows that will drive competitive advantage.3. Contingent worker expansion – 32% of organisations are replacing full-time employees with contingent workers.4.
