Develop, implement and manage a strategic plan for both the annual fund and alumni relations operations by providing leadership over these areas, setting and overseeing priorities, and evaluating best practices for short and long-term goals.Serve as a key member of the fundraising team by managing a portfolio of prospects and executing annual giving strategies for various donor constituents; with an overall goal of increasing the annual number of donors and gift totals.

Identified, cultivated, solicited, and stewarded annual fund gifts from constituents in various donor groups.Created an annual personalized plan for identified donor prospect groups to include financial and participation goals, personal solicitations, direct mail, e-mail marketing, social media and an in-house phonathon program. Conducted personal and telephone visits by identifying prospects and current donors, gathering information, making contact, and recommending and establishing future cultivation and solicitation plans.

Executed and managed a comprehensive alumni relations plan to increase alumni participation and engagement with the college. Cultivated relationships with alumni in order to populate volunteer initiatives and build stronger ties with the institution. Created and managed a robust calendar of events to include social, professional and academic programs; including large-scale programs such as Homecoming and Reunion weekends.
