Partner with suppliers and third party manufacturing to land the packaging innovation pipeline for facial cleanings wipes portfolio. Componentry includes flexible films, secondary cartons and tertiary (corrugated, protection). Lead global engineer for Vaseline, designing, qualifying and rolling out global primary structures for lip therapy and petroleum jelly products. Markets and manufacturing locations include China, NA, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and South Africa. Componentry includes rigid packaging, caps and tertiary (corrugated, FC, protection). Internal lead for packaging simplification initiatives, intended to bring a speed to market, while reducing supply chain complexity.  Injection and EBM mold commissioning and qualification (both pilot and production), dimensional stability analysis, using Minitab, Cp/CpK analysis, and lean six sigma methods.
