Manage daily happenings of 50+ professional truck drivers in Morgantown and two satellite locations. Oversee daily operations of dispatch group including but not limited to: driver hours of service, driver trip reports, customer delivery tickets, billing inquiries, customer service rep inquiries, communication with sales persons, scheduling for dispatch group, daily reports for missing documents/billing requirements. Coordinate with Operations Manager, Driver Manager, Frac Managers, etc. to ensure plans for all dispatchers/drivers are carried out appropriately.

- Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the Career Closets, a program designed to promote and assist in carrying out personal, family, and community sustainability- Generate effective methods of monitoring and measuring program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes- Research and develop systems of collecting and processing client demographic information in an effort to maximize company and program success, while also catering most efficiently to the clients we serve- Facilitate employment readiness for clients through career counseling services including: resume creation, mock interviews, job search assistance, job application assistance, and appropriate workplace attire- Network with partnering agencies to ensure well-organized communication regarding the building-up of and participation in new and existing community programs- Research, write, and apply for grants to fund present activities and expansion of company programs
