• Manage the case management department by supervising Director, case managers, administrative staff, Social Work interns, and work study students, growing the Case Management department, through the interviewing and hiring process• Oversee budgets totaling over $1.25M, ensuring financial compliance by developing internal financial policies and procedures• Establish and implement new programs and satellite locations, creating over 10 new programs and expanding to 4 satellite locations made possible through newly obtained grants from funders. • Worked in CPS Purchased Client Services managing a workload of 45 contracts consisting of therapists, psychologists, adoption agencies, kinship services broker, and substance abuse disorder providers• Ensured clients and caseworkers were receiving proper services• Processed initial contract paperwork as well as amendments and renewals and documented complaints when necessary• Addressed performance measure issues on a quarterly basis• Monitored a random number of providers on an annual basis for quality assurance purposes• Processed monthly invoices and payments to contractors
