Hi there! I'm a food and lifestyle editor/writer with 20-plus years of experience in the print and digital space. As a registered dietitian, I specialize in evidence-based nutrition pieces, but I love diving into all things food and travel related. My background includes managing a team to build out digital experiences, writing freelance pieces for regional and national magazines, and co-owning a Wild Birds Unlimited nature shop. I'm also pretty proud of my first book, 100 Things to Do in Bloomington Before You Die (Reedy Press).
