I understand grief from personal experience.In 2022 my husband and mum died within weeks of each other. In order to understand what was happening to me I found out as much as I could about grieving and listened to others share their grief stories.I am an experienced educator passionate about delivering training, having worked as a teacher for many years before moving into adult training.My training is gentle, interactive and practical.
