With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, I am a passionate and versatile senior leader with a strong background in operations management, human resources and education. My journeys have taken me around world, leading and developing talented and diverse teams to bring captivating shows to inspire and delight audiences around the world. As a Company Manager at Cirque du Soleil, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations, logistics, and administration of our shows coordinating with local teams, managing cross-cultural communications and ensuring the well-being of our artists and staff in various global settings.On my most recent project, I worked in Orlando, FL for 4 years with the creation and management of "Drawn to Life", a new show staged exclusively at Walt Disney World's Disney Springs. Collaborating with several teams including Walt Disney Imagineering and Entertainment, this was an exciting and challenging project that combined Cirque du Soleil's signature acrobatics and storytelling with Disney's iconic characters and themes. Throughout my career, whether on international tours or within a theater setting, I've worked closely with creative and production teams, local partners, and vendors to ensure the smooth and successful launch and run of shows. Additionally, I have utilized my expertise in HR and education to facilitate workshops and training sessions for our employees to foster a positive and productive work environment for our multi-national teams.
