Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist working across multiple services lines. These include, adult social care, adult health care and CAMHS. My role was to provide assessment, diagnosis and evidence based therapeutic input with adults with learning disabilities and within CAMHS. I supported the development of clinical pathways and set up speech and language etherapy input within new services. This involved supervising students, speech and language therapy assistants, newly qualified speech and language therapist and specialist Speech and Language guide Therapist. I held a small dysphagia caseload and was part of Cygnets research and development committee.

Study day co-ordinator for the National dysfluency CEN. Responsibilities were organising speakers and venues for interesting, innovative and integral training to specialist Speech and Language therapists across the UK.

Guest lecturer to the Department of Education. My lectures were focused upon speech, language and communication needs and development language disorder.
