Account Manager supporting Energy Efficiency Programs for APS.

Field Coordinator for Northern Arizona and Northern Phoenix territory responsible for representing our client and program to retailers and customers. In doing so, this required: -Ensuring program products were up-to-date and accurate in assigned territory. -Serving as the representative for Ecova and our clients at outreach events.-Educating customers at events about the energy efficiency program(s) offered. -Distributing program materials and providing participating retailers with appropriate training on energy efficiency programs. -Assisting in meeting/event planning and organization for in-store events.-Conveying new and upcoming developments in the program to retailers and customers. -Gathering valuable feedback to help track and measure the Program’s success in transforming the marketplace. -Interfacing with the public and handle customer issues, complaints and questions.
