About Heather Robertt

I love people's stories - what has gotten them to where they are, what they want for their future, and what they need to do to get there. As an HR/Talent leader, I thrive on transforming chaos that exist in start ups and creating a foundation that is 1) scalable and 2) equitable. I encourage managers to challenge themselves so they can grow as leaders; and hire and engage diverse talent they enjoy coaching. My colleagues would say that I'm known as a strategic business partner and team player that is creative, positive, and fearless. When I'm not working on people and talent initiatives, I'll be researching remodeling do's and don't's, trying new fitness classes, and learning about the challenges youth face in foster care. Specialties: Employment branding, HR technology, recruiting, organizational design, performance management, training, HR policy development, culture initiatives, and recruiting.
