• Coordinator for the Neuroscience Undergraduate Commencement in May (contact with catering, facilities, the registrar’s office, undergraduate students and faculty throughout the planning stages).
• Input data into Canvas for Neuroscience courses as well as provide the necessary overrides for students to register for courses.
• Ability to quickly and efficiently answer inquiries from prospective students and parents via e-mail and/or phone and set up meetings with faculty if they request.
• Maintain and update Google calendar in accordance with room reservations as well as schedule appointments for various faculty members.
