I began working at RANLife, Inc. in 2010 as a Loan Officer Assistant. I then became the Team Lead over several other Loan Officer Assistants. After a little over 2 years in this position, I moved into a Jr Processor position which quickly turned into a Sr Processor position after a couple months. I now specialize in first time homebuyer, investment property, second homes, manufactured home Purchases and Refinances. I am also efficient with FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional programs. I have also worked with UHC, IHFA, TSHAC, WSHFC, Jumbo, Reverse Mortgage, Bridge, DSCR, DPA, as well as Brokered 2nds. I’ve also worked closely with the various Sales managers on our employee loans. As of January 1st, 2020, I moved into a Team Lead position and Processing Trainer, which I have been growing and evolving how we train new and existing Processors. I also work closely with our Processing Manager to put together new processes and execute them within our team. I’ve also been involved in working with the Sales and Underwriting Managers to continue to keep a healthy working relationship between the departments to keep the loan process running smoothly.
