My passion lies in educating and mentoring attorneys and law students in the field of intellectual property law. I have trained numerous new associates and law clerks in substantive trademark law, having based my lectures on the Trademark Examining Attorney Legal Education (TEALE) course from the USPTO. Additionally, I am a frequent presenter of both Continuing Legal Education (CLEs) and basic intellectual property concepts for writers on the fiction author circuit.I am the author of four published academic papers in law journals, as well as a dozen blog articles on trademark and copyright law.In my spare time, I enjoy dancing and performing in plays, and leading my daughter's Girl Scout troop. I also am an award-winning author of three teen mystery novels under my pen name Amanda Brice.
