Funded by Help for Heroes and Walking with the Wounded, I lead the team within the Recovery Career Services (RCS) that generates and manages relationships with organisations to develop wide-ranging and inspirational vocational opportunities for Wounded, Injured and Sick service personnel who are leaving the Armed Forces.The RCS is a joint venture, integrating the efforts of the MoD, the Career Transition Partnership, key service charities and those organisations with a desire to support Wounded, Injured and Sick service personnel in their transition to an appropriate and meaningful career as a civilian.
