- Supervised 10 Soldiers who received, processed, and scheduled over 1500 requests to transport over 4000 personnel by air throughout Afghanistan in one year. Scheduled work shifts and vacation schedules to maintain 24 hour coverage. - Analyzed reports from four battalions on the status of their training, health, and maintenance to create a consolidated report (to include presentation and handouts) that was briefed to higher-level leadership so they could make decisions and allocate resources.- Created communication products such as presentation slides, maps, training request packages, and programs for dedications and memorial ceremonies for short notice and high visibility, high impact requirements.

- Optimized the Division air mission request system to increase the number of people flying instead of driving on dangerous Baghdad roads by 18% while flying fewer hours per airframe, which reduced aircraft maintenance downtime. - Led 20 soldiers as the first line supervisor, directly responsible for daily activities, flight training, and deployment preparation
