I am able to maintaining a full case load of 18-25 children, Parents, Foster Parents and All Service Providers. This includes writing court reports, attending court, ACR’s, home visits and all DCFS documentation. As a case worker I go to individual’s home and foster home monthly. I have all ages on my case load and have experience with CIPP’s and dealing with teens that need more structured care.

I was with a family unit which consisted of a 91 year old man with hip problems and some intellectual delays, his wife (age 89) with late stage Alzheimer’s disease. (prepping and feeding all meals, cleaning, conducting physical therapy, bathing and transporting)

One on one client contact with girls and boys ages 13-18 in a home setting. Maintaining a peaceful home environment for intellectually disabled and behaviorally challenged children needing residential care. Charting on interactions with clients conveying their needs and reaching their goal using healthy technics. Taking the leadership role when a crisis with one or many clients would erupt. Using anger management techniques, relaxation skills, social skills and coping mechanisms to help clients remain compliant within their treatment plans. Helping clients form behavior programs that would work with their needs and reaching goals that would further their progress.
