• Maintain weekly reports for headcount, terminations, file errors, etc.• Compile attendance reports for recruiting team per customer, track in Sendouts, spreadsheets as needed, and provide updates to management daily/weekly• Support, create and update Sendout records, process drug test and background check reports. • Provide support to HR and Recruiting management • Assist with office traffic appointments and associate requests/walk-ins• First line of contact when answering phones from internal and external customers providing exceptional customer service.• Maintain office supplies, point of contact for office needs with outside vendors (building, cleaning, copy machine, electrical, alarm, etc)

• Assist doctor in daily activities including: seeing the patients through their entire visit from beginning to end by checking them in, seeing them to their rooms, administering needed therapies, and collecting payment and insurance information.• Responsible for correspondence between the patients and insurance companies and resolving conflict with payment. • Take and develop X-rays.• Schedule, call, and confirm patient appointments.• 24/7 on call support to new and current patients.
